I have Type II Diabetes and have had a horrible time keeping blood sugar levels down. None of the oral medicines helped a lick, and although I ate well and exercised I couldn't keep them down (I was happy if they were as low as 250, usually they were 380 or even more than 400). Needless to say my doctor wasn't any happier than I. My Naturopath recommended Diaplex and Cataplex GTF, my doctor said go for it. I take 1-2 per meal and have kept it up for about 8 months now. It has been the only thing that seems to consistently lower my blood sugar. I'm in much better control now (around 140-160)and hope to keep improving with exercise etc. Very, very pleased with Diaplex!
