I have breastfed both my boys and Fenugreek was a terrific boost if I ever felt like my milk was low. The first time around I did not realize that you need to be taking between 6 -9 pills each day. With my second child I would take 6-9 a day. (Once I felt like my milk was producing well, I would stop) and within about 48 hours I noticed a huge difference in my milk production! I am a working mom who pumps so it was great for me!

I couldn't really tell if it helped or not, at first I would think it was doing something but then my milk would go down again and I was still taking the pills.
