Healthy Candy May 06, 2011
By Cakes I am one of those people who gets sick or nauseous from most vitamins and powder supplements and dreaded taking them. A friend recommended I try adult gummy supplements and I have never looked back. No more horse sized nasty pills for me anymore.
I love all the Gummy vitamins for adults. My stomach cannot handle most pills so these are a great alternative. I never get nauseous after having them and they are like a little treat. I take the fiber gummies, multi vitamin gummies, the B-Complex gummies, calcium gummies, and the omega 3 gummies. It's like eating a handful of gummy bears with breakfast. The only gummies that taste a little icky are the omega 3 gummies but the rest I've tried taste great.
If you have a sensitive stomach I recommend all the gummy supplements.

The alternative to my candy dish... Mar 23, 2011
By AJ, The Original These are amazing. In an effort to wean myself off of my candy dish and in light of the fact that I have a Vitamin D deficiency, I bought these gummy vitamins, which happily have both Calcium and Vitamin D in plentiful amounts.
These gummy vitamins taste like candy - Creme Savers Hard Candy Strawberry & Creme, 6-Ounce Bags (Pack of 12), to be precise. They are really delicious and easy to eat. There's grape, strawberry, and orange, and they are all dusted lightly with a sugary coating.
Don't eat more than 2-3 a day, though, because you don't want to take in TOO much Vitamin D. At 1000 IUs of Vitamin D per 2 gummies, you run the risk of overdoing the Vitamin D. If you want to eat gummy vitamins without care as to number of gummies in a day, then turn to Vitamin C gummies since Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin that your body would just flush out in urine should you take in too much.

Tasty, but NOT VEGETARIAN Oct 26, 2011
By Ellie These used to be vegetarian but the new "improved" version contain GELATIN, so veg no more. Very sad, as my kids loved them and I did too. If this is not a concern for you, then these are great, however for us vegan folk, I have to search elsewhere. :(

Not right! Nov 04, 2011
By Asia Lover Vitafusion Calcium gummy vitamins Serving size 2 Gummy Vitamins
Carbohydrate 6g Sugars 5g Vitamin D 1000 IU Calcium 500 mg Phosphorus 200 mg Sodium 15 mg
For adults daily need Calcium 800-1000 mg; Vitamin D 400-600 IU only. So Vitafusion Calcium gummy vitamins contain too much Vitamin D and not enough Calcium that we need. We can not take more gummy to get enough calcium, because we don't want to overdose vitamin D to get kidney stones.
I wanna return it, but already opened it before I found out the Bad combination!

Bad balance of D to Calcium Apr 16, 2012
By CM Most adults are taking 800 to 1200 mg of calcium and need 500 to 1000 iu of D. Before I bought this I didn't see that this product contained 1000 of D. If I took 4 chews to get enough calcium I would get way too much D ( now I have to buy more calcium with out D to get what I need ) Also I couldn't figure out if tricalcium phosphate is calcium carbonate or citrate and I can only digest citrate. This prodict would best be sold as a D supplement. Sorry, they may just be wrong for me ( but I don't think so ) The 1 star is beacuse I think they taste good!
