Have tried other prostate supplements, some more expensive. Urinozinc works well for me. My only complaint is that the pills are expensive. Better than surgery though.

I've been using this product for about 3 weeks. I work nights (6 - 6) for one week, then off a week. Hence, lots of coffee on the nights I work. It's hard to tell if the product is working. I'll be able to tell over Thanksgiving week and the week after when I have some time off and can get some regular 'sleep' hours.
