Great product Jun 10, 2009
By R. Bratcher Product definately works. After a year of consistent exercise, I couldn't lose any weight. I've lost five pounds in the two weeks since I started taking Ripped Fuel and can see definate improvement in muscle definition, especially in my abs. I take two in the morning, two at lunch and none at dinner, since I don't want to risk losing sleep. This gave me jitters in the first few days but has since disappeared. My heartrate has not increased since taking this supplement. I also have not felt nauseous, dizzy, have blurred vision or any of the other side effects other reviewers have reported.
However, I think you definately need to work out regularly for this to work. I hit the gym for 1.5 - 2 hours after work, five days a week. I have not changed my diet. I suspect if you improve your dietary choices (i.e., less fatty foods, more protein, etc.), you could lose more weight. I am thoroughly satisfied with the results I have seen thus far.
Two (or so) months later: I lost a total of 15 lbs on Ripped Fuel. I am at my target weight so will stop using . If I gain the weight back, I'll definately be buying another bottle. Great product.

Works for Me May 11, 2009
By Mongoose I have been using this product on and off for 3-4 years and I can truly say it has helped with my muscle definition, especially in my abdominal area. I would suggest that if you try this, ease into the full dosage. Maybe take half the dosage for the first two days to see how your body is adjusting. The bitter orange ingredient is the ephedra substitute, and although it has not been proven to be harmful it still speeds up your heart rate considerably. So, try it out and if your body doesn't like it, then discontinue.

Great results but can't sleep Mar 30, 2011

I started using Ripped Fuel as part of my weight loss and definition program. Generally I try to avoid using such products, but since I'm not as young as I use to be I figured I'll give it a shot. Combined with a healthy sensible diet and regular exercise, this thing gave me the energy I needed to push through my workout and reach my weight loss goal. So far I've lost 35 pounds and it's really help give me some nice look cuts. Now maybe it's because I don't take in caffeine on a regular basis, but if I take 2 pills at about 12 or 1 in the afternoon, I'm pretty much wired until the next morning. So normally my workouts consist of me basically burning anyway from 1500 to 2500 calories. After that, the rush finally runs down. It does seem to affect each person differently as I have friends who don't feel any different using to product. I do recommend this product, I think it's great. If your like me though, just don't take it too often or you'll barely sleep.

Works well, don't use as directed though Apr 09, 2012

I've been using Ripped Fuel for many many years. I'm not sure about the differences in the various `types' of R-fuel out there but the latest one I used was `Definition'. I notice a large difference in my workouts when I'm on it vs. off of it. On it I have TONS of energy to get in a super workout. I'm generally a workout freak and I'm always in top shape. This is for maintaining my edge not to lose or gain anything.
A couple tips. 1) Take this on an empty stomach about 30min to 1hr before working out. Take two caps. 2) I don't personally recommend taking these as directed (2 before every meal) as I believe it loses the effect. 3) If you take it with dinner you probably will not sleep. 4) If you don't include a diet and fitness routine to the supplement schedule it would be foolish to expect different results than what you already have. 5) I use these to give me a SUPER boost of energy for working out. Nothing more. And it does work quite well for that.
If you are looking to drop some pounds, like many reviewers here, here are a couple tips. 1) Take the Ripped Fuel as I posted earlier. 2) STOP eating sugar in any form. This includes any cereal and simple carbs like bread, chips, and crackers. They all turn to sugar instantly in your system. 3) INCEREASE your good fat intake substituting this for the carbs you staying away from. Add Omega fatty acids to your supplements. 4) Eat adequate protein. Food sources like eggs are the best by far. 5) Workout on an empty stomach. Take some amino acids and a protein shake (or complete meal) IMMEDIATELY after your workout. 6) The best cardio workout, by far, to drop fat is High-Intensity-short-intervals. This could be running, swimming, or biking (sprints). Short duration bursts of around 20 seconds of max effort and heart-rate followed by a rest interval to calm the heart. 7) The best weight-room workout for cutting weight is circuit training where you keep up your heart-rate.
The beauty of these high intensity workouts is that you can be done with your sweat session in about 20minutes. These are scientifically studied methods and incidentally are the same principles that P-90x and those other infomercials rely on. Don't waste your money unless you need that motivation. Just pick exercises you already like to do and know how to do properly. Do them at high intensity followed by a short rest period. Do a warm up before working out and a cool down after. Post workout nutrition is important. Last, cutting weight is 50% diet and 50% working out. Stop eating crummy processes foods and eat fresh stuff with no simple carbs and sugar. I guarantee the methods here will be 3x more effective than what the mass public's idea of a workout. These are not fad diet or workouts, but studied in trials by the both the average Joe and elite athletes.

Like I am 16 again Aug 05, 2011

But I am talking what it did to my skin. Massive acne. At first I didn't think that is what it was but I stopped using it, skin cleared up. Started using it again, breakouts started within a day. Can't say I was able to use it long enough to know if the product works for what it is intended.
