5sharp and they get the job done  May 25, 2008
By Jim Seligman
You have to be a little careful when using these for obvious reasons.

I don't feel comfortable going for pedicures like my wife, but I have a problem of calluses forming on my heels.

These and their associated tool get the job done well, much better than scissors which are not safe for the task.

5Tweezerman Callus Blades  Mar 27, 2008

A must have! Just be careful! They can be dangerous if you do not know what you are doing! I have had these used on me for years in Europe, long before they came to the states. In Europe they are offered to you with a pedicure. Your feet will be smoother than ever!!! Again, use caution! They are extremely sharp!

5Sharp Enough to Make You Bleed  Jul 29, 2010
By Ethan A. Winning "ewin64"
Look, these are razor blades, so handle with extreme care. Why "extreme" care? Because they fit into a unit where the blade must be bent and a slide placed over the blade. It's during this process that you're most likely to be injured. It reminds me of a similar tool from 20 years ago that used X-acto blades to remove callouses. Well, both did the job and both make me nervous. And since you're about to use this on the bottom of your foot, they are more apt to slip. You can't have it both ways, but you can be careful.
