I had stopped taking it for 2 weeks(was saving for my trip to Ca for my new order would come when I was gone)and I could tell the differance with my arthritic pain. It got worse. When I restarted the Arth X Plus my pain was less.

I've been using this product for about a year. I had been suffering with pain and swelling in my hands, especially my thumbs, that woke me up at night. I was also getting knots forming on some of my finger joints. I had tried several other natural remedies (Glocosamine, MSM, Condroitin, etc.) and can't say they made any noticeable difference.
