The overall quality was great and the physical effect are noticeable as well. I make a pitcher of this with Rosemary + Sage to a wonderful antioxidant blend. Will re-order when i run out.

I have no idea if what the ingredients are suppose to do, actually do anything, but the tea taste great so if it does improve anything with my health, why not drink it because it tastes good and I like tea.
