These prenatal vitamins are good for the price. I am not pregnant, but anticipating pregnancy again soon, so I decided to start back taking prenatal vitamins to prepare my body. I absolutely love these. My nails are growing, my skin is clear, and they give me energy.
Actually, in June 2010, I found out I was indeed pregnant again. Had my son in March of 2011. No problems, complications. I think that taking these prenatal vitamins daily really helped me become healthier. (I gave birth to a preemie in 2005, did not take prenatal vitamins). I am still taking them since the birth of my son, I have no complaints.

I love these because they don't make me sick, but I think the red dye is completely unnecessary

wow what a value! huge bottle of prenatal vitamins, for this price, and you only need to take one a day! they have no taste to them, so i dont gag, and they are not too big either. also, on the bottle it's labeled as vegan & contains no additives.

When we found out that my wife was pregnant, our assigned midwife gave us a list of suggestions and one was to take prenatal vitamins every day during and after the pregnancy. We purchased the Spring Valley Prenatal vitamins/minerals from our HMO pharmacy. They are exactly the same as illustrated here and she took them faithfully every day. Is it necessary? Do they work? Well, I can't answer those questions, but if our health care provider says we should do it, then that's what we do. I will say that we had no problems at any time with the pregnancy or birth and we now have a bright, happy and healthy baby boy. He'll be 14 months old in a few days and we're delighted with him.

I bought these prenatal vitamins about a month ago. It was on sale and the price was unbeatable. A four month supply for 14 dollars is a great find. I love what they've done for my skin and nails and I also see a difference in my hair. I will continue using them!
