I have been taking this product for one month and have lost 22 lbs. I have not felt jitters or nausea but do notice a uptick in hyperactivity. Don't be surprised if people start asking you to slow down when you talk or just plain shut up :) The reason I picked this up was honestly...the commercials. Yes I should've done research, and checked with my doctor, but I didn't . What got me was the woman showing her mediocre weight loss compared to the dramatic change in her husband. My husband and I were eating the same food, doing the same workouts together, yet he lost twice as much weight the first month. I'm willing to accept hormonal differences, and body mass differences, etc, etc, but my husband is also 20 years older than me so I figured I would get SOME edge. Nope! So I gave slimquick a try.
The most important factors to NOT feeling sickly with this is to take it WITH food and drink lots of water throughout the day. Even a small piece of fruit is enough. I took this once with no food at all and felt like i wanted to vomit and pass out. Also water is so important because you want the diuretic to take effect. I've heard people say they don't drink lots of water because they have issues with water retention. WRONG! You want to drink water so you can flush all that your body is hanging onto out. Between the slimquick pills and 1-2 liters of water a day, I can testify that you will be doing the opposite of retaining water.
During this time I had to change my eating habits and start exercising. I have had success with weight watchers in the past so I am using their points system. I exercise on the treadmill 3-4 times a week, but only for 30 minutes. I really push during the 30 minutes but it's such a short time that I can't make any excuses. In the past I've lost 10-12 lbs in the first month with weight watchers and exercise alone. Adding slimquick helped me double that number.
I recommend slimquick as an AID to your other weight loss efforts. Bottom line is losing the weight is never as fun as gaining it was, but you have to make that choice. I don't believe slimquick on its own allows you to eat anything and not move at all and still lose weight. But if you're doing your part, and truly pushing yourself, slimquick will reward you for your efforts.

I have a slow thyroid and with my medical history and the fact that I get jittery easily I tried this caffeine free product. I am a 28 year old mother of 3 and I had Graves disease about 5 years ago but radiation left me cured of it and now hypo for the rest of my life. After the first day of taking the pills I had a boost of energy because let me tell you that this pill is vitamin packed and I loved that! I was not less hungry but I was eating healthier and making better choices (salad not panini or Brussel sprouts instead of chips). You need to drink alot of water and eat with the pills. In two weeks I lost 10lbs. I am 5'2 159lbs and I am now 149lbs. I felt like I had more energy in a subtle way. I dont need my afternoon nap kind of way and I felt way less bloated. It really is a great product my only desire is that it included and appetite supplement so I would be less hungry like hoodia. The day my bottle ran out I started gaining weight back. Could have been water weight. I purchased another bottle and I cant wait for it to get here! I love this product and this time I am going to add an exercise routine as well and I am sure I will lose more weight.
My suggestion is that you try it out. On amazon you can get it for 20 bucks and it is 34 at my local CVS.

First things first: Let's get real. The only way to lose weight safely and permanently is to burn more calories than you eat. And that takes time. If you're expecting dramatic weight loss in one week, this supplement isn't for you.
That said, I found that this supplement did seem to speed up my weight loss. (I've dropped 20 pounds -- about two sizes -- since June.) Plus, I love the fact that it's caffeine-free, since I'm jittery enough as it is. :) And I also love that it's full of antioxidants. Where else are you going to find Açai Berry, green tea extract, grape seed extract and soy extract, all in one tablet? I've recommended it to my health-nut friends on that basis alone.
Nothing works perfectly for everyone, but this is one product I'm very happy to recommend.

I would have given this product 5 stars had it not been for the serving size and the amount of servings in a bottle. You you have to take 6 of these buggers a day. Thats all fine and dandy but you get 72 per bottle for roughly $20. Thats about 12 days worth of the stuff. That really irked me. While I believe that the weight I lost was actual weight and not water weight I did buy another bottle to keep it going. I lost about 8 lb's while on that, spirulina and a low fat, low sodium diet. I have a heart condition hence the caffeine free and can only do a very mild form of exercise which is pretty much walking. This did not aggravate my heart in anyway. The only thing it DID do that was negative was after looking up every ingredient in this bottle, there was one that said it attributed to increased acid production. I have an ulcer that has been with me for the last 2+ years. This didn't heavily hurt my ulcer, but it did give me acid reflux type issue especially when I had drank a lot of water. While you need to take this with a lot of water, some people may react differently but this seemed to give me mild acid reflux on occasion. That however, is not a deterrent for me since it appeared to help me lose weight. It's a small price to pay. I just wish they either reduced the price or put more in a bottle. All in all the product itself is 5 stars but the whole thing is a 4.

This works great! After 2 weeks, I lost the last few pounds that wouldn't come off. I added this to my regular workout routine and well-balanced diet. Just make sure you take with food or else your stomach will not be happy. Other than that, no complaints.
