I enjoyed this product,it was a great way to kick start my diet on the right foot. After I was done I felt good to go.

Be prepared though for many bathroom trips but its worth it in my opinion.

Very good tool to start up any weight loss program. Follow the simple instructions and you'll see results and feel lighter in just 7 days!.. Make sure you have access to the toilet at all times and that you're comfortable going #2 in public facilities.

This product is exactly what it says it is: it definately jump starts weight loss and has no side effects, no jitteryness or cramps or anything. Other than going to the bathroom 3x a day. I loved it!

I bought this hoping to cleanse my system after a holiday season of eating richer foods than I normally do. I took this as directed and even followed the diet for 4 days with no "cleansing". I actually started to feel constipated and went back to using my senna laxative that I use from time to time. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because it did give me an energy boost and not a jittery energy boost. I felt alert and energetic for hours after taking each dose. I have been contemplating ordering the regular SlimQuick just for the energy I had from the cleansing formula.

I researched this product.alto before taking it. hearing alto of good reviews i was very excites to start my cleanse. it does what its suppose to do. other cleanses you. i just wish i followed the diet plan and worked out more. i prob would have got better results. but the truth is i didn't get a boost of energy. other just made me go. i felt like my normal self. still hungry. so if you want something to cleanses you. you could just take cali girl dietery tea. its works and drinking prune juice does the job. for a way less cost. good luck to anybody that uses this product.
