Description:

Sleep Right Melatonin, uses a tri-phased release system designed to release melatonin into the body at strategic points over a 6 hour time frame. This is used to help increase the usefulness and absorption of the melatonin by the body. Approximately one third of it is released at the beginning and the second and third portions are time phased to help ensure a higher quality and consistent sleep pattern. Melatonin is a naturally produced by the human body and is used to help regulate efficient sleep patterns and is generally produced by the pineal gland in the human brain. Melatonin is also used to help regulate the body's sleep clock. The human body produces more during darkness and virtually stops producing it when the human body is exposed to daylight. This Meltonin is very good. I have a few other brands to compare it to and this one is not only priced very reasonably but it is, in my opinion, the best quality I've had. I could go to two days without sleeping if I didn't take something to put me out, prescription meds have never been on the top of my list. Next best thing is this right here. I also add GABA, 100 Grams (3.53 Oz) GABA Bulk Powder Gamma Aminobutyric Acid and the combination blows away any other sleep aid I've ever tried or heard of. Not to mention, besides the calming effect the gaba has on the nerves it also is used by some as an anti-depressent. The biggest benefit I have experienced is simply being able to sleep through the night, actually sleeping through the ENTIRE night, and waking up without feeling like I need more sleep. This is huge and well worth the small price you pay for it in my opinion.

I have used other brands of melatonin with varying degrees of success. Since I have been using this product,the ease with which I fall asleep is significantly improved. If I awaken in the middle of the night, I am able to return to a deep and restful sleep - this I have NEVER been able to do before, and therefore the quality of my sleep has been vastly improved. I am very happy to relate that the product works great. In addition, the product was delivered quite promptly and packaged very well, and I am really happy with this vendor and will purchase from here again.

After trying a few melatonin poducts over the last few years, I settled on this one because it works best for me.

I have tried the cheapo brands and they just did not do it for me. Even higher doses didnt seem to work as well as this one. No miricles, just a good product that is not over priced and helps me sleeep better than I otherwise would.

I had never been a big fan of sleeping pills; especailly ones potentially addictive ones. This was my third try with a melatonin product and I was pleasantly suprised that it actually worked. My girlfriend uses this brand and we were sharing for a while but now I buy my own. I find it really helpful after a stressful day where I dont want to lose sleep and make it harder to cope.

The time release benefit is very nice in case I am woken by traffic sirens or car horns outside, I have much better luck getting back to sleep. The dosage is just right for me. I think if people try this product they will be happy with it.
