5True/Ceylon cinnamon bark  Mar 25, 2012

After Now Foods shadily discontinued their ceylon cinnamon product earlier in 2012, this is the only other capsule product I know of which offers the same. Yes, it is a little expensive. I take 1000mg of this and 1000mg of cassia daily. Cassia is somewhat cheaper, and some say it may even be more effective for insulin control, but it contains coumarin which can be toxic if the safe threshold is exceeded. Taking 1000mg of each helps me balance safety, product effectiveness, and cost effectiveness as well.
