Not Exactly the Same as Original Part Oct 09, 2008

When I received this item, I noticed that the package says it will fit only the shavers specified on the package. Amazon.com includes some "extra" models on the compatibility list so I bought it (I bought it to replace the screens and cutters for a WDF-5500 shaver). When I received it, I noticed that some of the plastic components of the replacement were different than the original. I'm not talking about color differences, either. The replacement is actually designed differently. It did, however, fit well and seems to be an adequate replacement, despite the plastic being molded differently, silver screens (versus gold original) and pink components (versus green original). It looks like robo-razor now, but works just fine.

Good product but just didn't really go with my shaver Jul 31, 2009
By Cindy Ordered this after researching to replace the cutter on mine. The description here and on the official Remington site stated that this was the correct replacement part but it wasn't quite right. First, my shaver is light blue and white and this part is pink/purple and white. Not a big deal. I didn't care so much that it made my shaver look like a car with the wrong color replacement parts. But, 2nd, and more importantly, this part did not contain the front side cutter that my shaver has. I can't remember my model right now or else I would write it here. In the end, I sent the part back and got a full refund, minus shipping. I think my shaver may have just been too old. I got it in Dec 2006 and it seems that shaver models just change so frequently so that if you need a part, you may find it or you may just have to buy another new shaver, which is not necessarily a bad thing if you compare the part price to a new shaver price. But as cheap as I am, I wanted to save a few dollars by getting a replacement part instead. If anything else goes wrong with my shaver, I'm sure I will be forced to buy a new one since I'll probably have difficulty getting the part I need. So overall, happy with the seller but not as happy with Remington's revolving door on models and parts.

Perfect replacement! May 16, 2011
By C. S. Morse I had a similar cordless shaver for about 10 years, and finally had to get a new one when I dropped the original shaver, broke the screens, and could not find replacement screens. The second shaver only made it about two weeks before a fall from the bathroom cabinet (where it sits charging) and suffered a chip in the screen. I am a little disappointed in the durability of the screen, but this was a perfect fit, once I figured out how to replace the screen. The old shaver had a very simple push-button removal system, and the screens simply popped in and out the top. This one has a much more complex system, and it's not at all intuitive. You have to pop open one side (it's hinged on the other side) and then slide the two screens - they are joined together - out the side. Perfect fit, though. Maybe I should pick up a couple more, as they have already proven they are not at all durable.

Product was NOT available through Remingtons own website?! Jan 02, 2010
By Doctor Who First time I've ever bought a non reading/entertainment product from Amazon. Was glad they had it since Remington's website DID NOT have these replacement parts available for this product. Shaver is not that old either.

By D. Pizzagoni The Remington SP-360 Screens and Cutters work exactly as described. It took me longer to cut open the package than it did to replace the worn out cutters and broken screen.
The color doesn't match our razor, but honestly that doesn't matter. They do the job, and do it well. These saved us from having to buy a new razor, and that would have been much more expensive.
If the razor outlives another set of screens and cutters, I'll definitely buy another set. Hopefully that won't be necessary anytime soon.
