How do you rate a vitamin or supplement, how do you tell if it is, good or bad? I have taken several of the Rainbow supplements & I trust the name. This is a totally new product & the price on Amazon was fabulous...plus I couldn't find it at any of my local health food stores, I was pleased to find it @ Amazon & at such a good price.

Like many people, I have been very confused on which Omegas to take and what dosage I really need. I take Rainbow Light's Women's One, so when they came out with Omega products, I thought I would give this a try. I'm really impressed with the formula including researched levels of Omega 3s, but other important ingredients for heart health like CoQ10 and Plant Sterols - at researched levels no less! For me this makes more sense than plethora of other Omega products out there. I also prefer the fish gels vs. those made from beef or pork and the fact that Rainbow Light uses 100% recycled materials in their bottles. I've also discovered their Omega Skin & Mood Omega and take that as well off and on with this product.
