this is the only fish oil capsule I've found that doesn't make me burp up that nasty fish taste. And I've tried plenty of others and I've tried freezing the capsules first, etc. This one works!

I have tried both the Nordic Naturals brand and the New Chapter brand fish oil supplements in addition to this Rainbow Light version. All three are just fine, are high quality, and have minimal aftertaste. But of the three, the Rainbow Light supplement is by far the best deal for what you get, especially if you utilize the Subscribe and Save feature. The ratio of EPA to DHA is correct, and the addition of flax oil is a very nice bonus. For those who have trouble with large pills, I have found that you can snip off the end of one of these capsules easily and pour the oil into a little juice and take it that way, still with no fishy aftertaste.

Easy to swallow, no after taste. Happy, will purchase again. I really like Rainbow light products. This is a great line for those who want to use more natural ingredients.

I started using rainbow light multivitamin because it is food based, affordable and gives me a lot of energy! All other vitamins hurt my stomach...so when I found out I was pregnant and that this helped with pregnancy and depression, I decided to go with the reliable affordable brand. Seems to work exactly like it should.

After about twenty minutes of ingesting these, there was an icky taste in my mouth. I love the rainbow light brand, but won't buy these again.
