Before purchasing any prenatal vitamin (PNV) I did a lot of research. Rainbow Light prenatal pack with both the Prenatal One MV and the DHA 250 is the best out there. It contains everything you will need; it even has probiotics and ginger to help any stomach issues. Also the DHA is not fishy at all; it smells like oranges and if there is any aftertase at all, it is orange flavored thanks to the orange oil in the pill. They are a little large, but so are any of the other PNVs you will be looking at.

The prenatal tablet has 100% vitamin E and the DHA has 100% E as well. I am just worried that there will be excess vitamin E. Vitamin E will build up in your body. 9 month pregnancy is a long time. I wish there are no VitE in the DHA. A lot of other brands don't contains VitE in their DHA. I don't understand why Rainbow has to add VitE in their DHA softgel. To keep the shelf life longer? I will toss this one away and buy DHA from other brand. If amazon put the ingredient picture here, I won't buy this product

I've been purchasing these vitamins at Whole Foods for almost $30 a package. I ordered from Amazon and received the same great product at about 30% of the price. I'm not a big fan of fish, but the DHA gells are packaged with orange oil, which really masks the taste and smell making them easy to take everyday. The vitamins are easy on the stomach.

I started using Rainbow light prenatal with my first son. I used the ones you have to take three times per day and they were great. So many vitamins, but with an almost four year old and a busy schedule I kept forgetting to take all my vitamins every day. I switched to the Prenatal One and the DHA combo and have been so happy. There is no after taste, no upset stomach, and it even helped with my nausea during my first trimester. Now that I am in my third trimester it helps with regularity. I have no problems with constipation this go around and the vitamin has plenty of iron in it. We are a lover of this brand. My son and husband also use various vitamins from Rainbow Light.

After researching,reviewing and comparing so many Prenatal Multi Vitamins, we zeroed in on this DHA along with the Rainbow Light Prenatal Mltivitamin.My wife has been using these for the past eight months and they are really great. .They are very gentle and absolutely no side effects.It is made of natural ingredients.It has Orange smell/flavour which prevents the fishy smell of the DHA . the product is good , no side effects, easily digestable. Amazon has best prices on these.Will definitely recommend it.
