Perfect for our Kids! Oct 04, 2011
By Aaron Jaremco We have three young children (2 boys and a girl) who are all under 5 years old. We must of have been through 50 toothbrushes over the past few years and it made me sick. When I saw this in our Dentist office I was very intrigued since we used Sonicare Flexcare toothbrushes for us. I found this listing on Amazon for a better price than in the dentist office and it was the same Professional Model which we wanted since they are more powerful and last longer. Our kids brush everyday but it is a hassle with the cheap battery powered brushes. These Sonicare Kids brushes are amazing as they clean the teeth so well and you do not have to brush them hard at all. They make some fun noises for the timer and have lights on them so the kids love that! They all recently had PERFECT check-ups and it was no doubt due to using these Sonicare toothbrushes! I am telling all my relatives about this so they can get them for their kids. It might seem expensive but we are actually SAVING so much money since we bought every Dora & Elmo & Cars & Hello Kitty & Super Hero toothbrush out there! They are ALL in the garbage now which helps with all the toothbrush clutter! Try this and you will not be disappointed!

Highly recommended Nov 21, 2011
By Kurt A. Johnson OK, I only recently climbed aboard the Sonicare bandwagon. I had thought that they were something of a gimmick, that is until I asked my dentist about them. When I asked them what he thought about them he responded, "I'm a fan." He then went on to tell me all about the benefits of using a sonic toothbrush. Now, I'm sold.
This toothbrush, the Philips Sonicare for Kids is a real nice product. It's relatively quiet, it's easy to operate, and when it's time to move the brush it plays a little tune. My five-year-old enjoys using this toothbrush, and I do believe that that means that she will brush more, and I will not have the aggravation of having to watch her brush like some sort of prison guard.
My dentist likes this toothbrush and my little one likes it, and as far as I'm concerned that gives it a very high recommendation indeed. Do yourself a favor and order this toothbrush today!

A Sonicare toothbrush for kids! Feb 13, 2012
By Daniel Ross I've been using Sonicare toothbrushes for many years now and decided that my daughter would be better off brushing with one too. The heads on the adult Sonicare were too big for her so we decided to give the kids Sonicare a try. It works just as well as a full sized Sonicare and comes with one small kids head and one bigger kids head. When she first started using it she used the small head, and has since moved up to the 7-10 year old brush head.
There are a few shortcomings with this toothbrush though. First, sometimes it doesn't turn off. It's happened two or three times now where you just have to let it run and discharge the battery. Then you can charge it back up again and it seems to work fine. The other gotcha that I didn't realize when we first bought it is that the kid sized heads fit on the adult sized Sonicare with the new compact heads. Since we already had two Sonicare handles we could have easily just bought the smaller heads and my daughter wouldn't have had any trouble using our handles.
If I were to do it over again I would probably just let her share or Sonicare handle and have skipped the Kid's model. The bright colors and soft grip don't make up for the lack of settings and the flaw where it occasionally won't turn off.
