The product description clearly states that the item does not come in retail packaging. As described, the brush heads come with the usual plastic caps to protect the bristles. The set was then shrink wrapped together. I, for one, appreciate less packaging as it means less material going into the waste stream; I also assumed that this was why the price was almost $10 less than the next lowest priced two-pack. The brush heads worked great, same as the old ones on my Sonicare; I would not hesitate to buy them again.

If you've never used used a electric toothbrush before, then now is the time! I've been using these brush heads for 3years now and would never go back. They leave my teeth feeling extra clean and have different sensitivity levels to suit your personal liking.

Compact brushs are hard to find. Bulk packaging worked out great, why pay for packaging stuff you are going to throw away.

The brush head is quite compact so it's good for a small mouth. I started using it on my 2 year old but the vibration is going to take some getting used to but it does fit in her mouth ok. I also use the other one with no problems. Just wish both heads didn't have the same color ring since I already mixed it up with my daughters.

I've used electric toothbrushes before, but this product exceeds all my expectations. It really cleans!!! I feel like I just had my teeth professionally cleaned after using this product. I know I'll have a great time using it for a long, long time. Also, Amazon gave me a great deal for my money. I will buy it again when the time comes.
