My teeth havenever felt so good Jan 13, 2010
By glennie feinsmith This is my second Sonicare product. The first lasted over 6 years, which I thought was a decent amount of time. This time I decided on the flex care and wondered if I would really use all the different features. I do! I love the massage feature and massage my gums regularly, and love that after I've travelled I can sanitize the brush. And, it comes with its own travel recharger which is very helpful on longer trips ( my first one would just die after about 10 days out if I didn't take the recharger. I really like the compact head that came with it and my problem is I want to re-order them and can't find them. I have this machine about 3 months now and so far so good!

Sonicare, Model RS930 May 28, 2009
By James Carboni I just bought this product, two days ago. I don't its track record yet, for quality & longevity, but it's got loads of power, to clean my teeth well. The best part of this 'brush has got to be: the way you install the brush head onto a metal pin (on handle)! Easy ON,, easy OFF. AND...No more sticky, gummy, dirty under-head attachments to clean, like on the older models! This feature, I'm going to love!! So that's it for now.

Works well - till it fails - plus don't expect prompt warranty replacement May 25, 2009
By L. Luttinger This is our third generation of Sonicare brushes. We have purchased each new generation when they were introduced. The first generation work flawlessly as did the second. We purchased two of the RS980s last June. Since then one failed and was replaced six months later. The replacement failed two months ago. The other failed a month ago. I'm still waiting for a replacement under the two year warranty as Sonicare is claiming that they are "out of stock".
