Just as expected -- shipped fast -- works very well -- husband and I share just one by swapping heads! So easy to switch out and it DOES not get gunky at all in this model. Very nice - much nicer then the grocery store varieties. Thinking of ordering another one for my kids!

I tried the "retail" model that amazon.com sells and it does not match the Dental Professional model that I bought here. You get an extra brush head and case and the unit battery life lasts 3x times longer! The case is sturdier and the brush lasts longer too. I think the unit is ever more powerful with the better sonic speed. There is a reason they make a retail model and a professional model which is only available from dentists and once you use a professional model you will see why! The price difference is very little but the benefits far out weigh the extra cost....trust me!

This pro model is the way to go. I wanted to get the sanitizer version for my friend but the free Power Flosser is a great deal! I saw this model for $169 at my dentist office and it did not include the free Flosser. Sonicare will be the only toothbrush I ever use again. My dentist actually said it makes his job easier!
