Smart handle, good battery life. Aug 24, 2011

We have had other Sonicare handles, but this newest upgraded "intelligent" design (beeps every 30 seconds) is a nice help to know when I've spent enough time on one quadrant. Other models, like the 5300 series, have proven to have short battery life (1-2 years) while I have had great luck with this series, haven't had to replace handle yet. My partner and I both love the sonicare e series.

Not as Sketchy as It Looks Feb 03, 2012
By Waldo Jaquith When I bought this suspiciously inexpensive handle to replace my old one (the battery wore out), I figured there was a 50/50 chance that I would never see my $27 again. When I received the package, I was not optimistic. I'm pretty sure somebody packed this for shipment in their garage after work one day. But, by gum, it works great. It's way cheaper than buying a whole new electric toothbrush, just to get a new handle. Recommended highly!

Toothbrush Handle no longer holds a charge -Great customer service. Apr 13, 2012
By mellen Bought this item the end of January, received first week of February, and was so excited. Thought I got a great deal. I followed instructions that were sent with toothbrush handle to charge it. After using for one month, the unit needed to be charged more often. After two months, the unit stopped holding a charge and is now worthless. The Seller has worked with me and provides great customer service. Seller immediately communicated with me & gave suggestions to try to troubleshoot issue. When that didnt work, she offered to replace for free. She has sent me a replacement handle and also included a self addressed envelope with postage paid to send the defective one back. Very happy with Customer Service. Time will tell on product. Received my replacement handle and had the same issues as before. After talking to the Seller, it seems like my charger may not be compatible. Once again, great customer service and willing to go the extra mile to help make the customer satisfied.

By Talleyho The product is brand new and works perfectly. Our old head had run out of power gradually and we did not realize it until we received the new head. We were not sure if our problem was the "head" or the "battery charger", but, for $25 take a chance. And free shipping. I love free shipping. Tom T
