An all around fantastic product! Feb 11, 2012
By Henry Patel The genius behind these multivitamins is that they are much more than just vitamin pills. You really cannot compare this product to any other multivitamin on the market. The amino acid blend in these pills almost push it into the category of a workout supplement instead of just nutritional vitamin. It is also somewhat of a natural hormone/libido booster when you really investigate every ingredient. I have been taking longjack extract, 30 Grams (1.06 Oz) Longjack 200:1 Root Extract (Tongkat Ali) Bulk Powder in order to increase my testosterone levels, and since I have started taking Opti-Men, the effects of the longjack have become even more evident. I think this may be due to the saw palmetto and l-arginine found these mulch-vitamins but whatever it is, I have been feeling stronger, more energetic, and my all around performance has improved tenfold, if you know what I mean. This blend seems to be exactly what's needed for the average healthy individual to enhance their health and well being quite significantly. An all around fantastic product!

Great if.. Aug 18, 2011
By J. A. Cases Let me start off by saying this multivitamin and I just didn't compliment each other very well. Started taking this multivitamin three days ago b/c my current multivitamin (costco brand) was starting to lose it's energy boost that i got from it. Decided to try the Opti-men and suddenly started to feel heart palpitations and anxiety while taking the pills. I came to he conclusion that it might be the added amino acids that were added. I am sensitive to various types of amino acids, but not sure which type of amino acid.
Really liked this product though as it did give me the extra energy boost i needed throughout the day, however the heart palpitations and the added anxiety i got from the pills definitely made me stop. Hopefully, orange triad another recommended multivitamin might be best for me.

Good Vitamin but it has some side effects... Jul 26, 2011
By Leo So, I like the MultiVitamin, I feel a little more energized and a little less sleepy all the time but it does have a weird side effect for me (other than the highlighter pee).
2500% of your RDA for Vitamin B6 results in some VIVID dreams. I wouldn't even mention it except for the first week I was taking these I woke up EVERY NIGHT with some horror movie plot of a nightmare.
So, if you get these pills and you start having vivid dreams, you aren't the only one.
Cheers, Leo
PS: I hope the dreams stop soon, I don't think I can keep out running that clown.

Perfect Multivitamin for Men BUT TAKE CAUTION Mar 21, 2012
By Goku CAUTION: This product covers all that you need and a little more, in fact, I'd say taking the recommended dose (3 a day) is big-time overkill. One a day is more than enough, you have to take into account that you'll be getting plenty of the included nutrients in your meals. Even if you are a gym rat, one pill a day in conjunction with 4-6 meals a day and protein shakes is perfect. Also take note of the vitamin A, D, E, and K concentrations. You will be getting high doses if you take 3 pills, and that can actually be very dangerous. These are fat-soluble vitamins and you're body will store these in your liver if you take too much. So although you feel great and energized, and see no harm in taking 3, 20 years down the road you might run into some serious medical problems. You should always drink plenty of water, but make sure you definitely do so with this supplement, you want to minimize any stress on your body, and drinking plenty of water will do the trick. Also, do not worry if you pee highlighter yellow, it is normal with this product because it contains Vitamin B2 (also known as riboflavin) this is water soluble and any excess will simply be flushed out through your system. Initially I was worried, because I thought I wasn't drinking enough water and hence my pee was yellow, but after researching and talking to a friend of mine who is a physician, my mind was put to ease. He laughed and told me it was the vitamin B2 and it was normal! Regardless, drink plenty of water. This is the perfect product for men, as a daily supplement, simply for a healthy lifestyle or for working out and getting big. Whichever your case may be, I strongly advise taking only 1 pill daily.
Be strong, be healthy -Goku

Great Multivitamin but Vivid Dreams Feb 11, 2012
By K. Macdonald
"MaCam"
I have been taking these for over a year now to get all my vitamins in. They seem to work great. Although I don't notice a huge energy increase like some people do taking these. I used to take the three pills a day that are recommended for these, but I cut my intake down to one for several reasons. Obviously taking one a day is more cost effective. I am also a smaller guy, so I didn't think the full three pills a day were necessary. Plus, I was also having the vivid dreams that some other people are experiencing taking these. I usually can't remember my dreams too much, but after taking these I have no problem remembering them at all. Even with taking only one pill a day in the morning, I still occasionally have these vivid dreams. They're not nightmares, but I certainly don't want to experience a Freddy Krueger type dream while taking these. haha.
Overall though besides the vivid dreams, I have had no problems taking these.
