Have been using this product for a month in a half now and have found it to speed up my metabolism as promised. The first month 5 pounds were lost which is something that has never happened to me before. Always have eaten properly and maintained an exercise routine and past pounds lost were only 1 in a month. There have been no side effects for is all natural. For me it is a wonderful product. It is worth a try. What is there to lose besides pounds.

I GAVE THIS PRODUCT AND THIS SELLER ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD NO CHOICE. YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM AT LEAST ONE STAR ON THE AMAZON SITE.

So far there are no side effects however I don't know, as yet if it will assist me in weight loss. I have dropped weight but I also work out and am watching what I eat.
