I'm not sure if the use of this product or that I've cleaned up my diet over the past couple weeks... either way when the doctor told me I had early BHP it freaked me OUT! I did my research and cut out the junk that hurts your prostate and added this along with a couple of other supplements - which I cycle on & off every two weeks. No more middle of the night trips to the bathroom, no more bladder/prostate pain or discomfort.

I used this product and found it effective. By looking at similar products from other companies, you will find it stronger and more comprehensive regarding to its ingredients. For this reason I ordered more bottles from this product.

For those who have prostate problems, don't expect this product to solve your urinary problems at night. This product will help a little, (allowing you to sleep a couple hours longer than without it,) but you will still have to get up to go to the bathroom a couple of times a night, more if your prostate problem is severe. The end result is that this product is not much help, but it is better than nothing.

I was looking for something to help with flow pressure and to help me sleep through the night. I read the great reviews here and tried a bottle about 6 months ago. I even took less than the bottle recommended because I didn't think my problems were that bad. I got almost immediate results and was really happy and rather than getting up twice per night I was only getting up at most once per night and sometimes would sleep through the night. When I did go I went, great pressure, no stops and starts and when I was done I was done. I thought this stuff was great. When I ordered my second bottle I noticed that the flow wasn't as great as it was, the stops and starts were coming back and I was getting up more at night. I never make it through the night any more, but normally just once and I'm taking the full recommended dose. So this next bottle didn't last as long. I almost chalked this up to a bad batch and bought another bottle when I noticed that Amazon to check with the manufacturer about ingredient changes... I decided to go with the Trunature product and give it a try.
I also sent a note to NOW, in the past I've always had good luck with their products.
