Okay I've struggled with hair thinning and hair loss for the past 10 years...Im in my early 20's and its been depressing to have limp lifeless hair, men used to tell me how horrible my hair was. I tried several hair skin nails vitamins in the past from GNC (cheapest) to Provillus (very expensive) and never noticed a huge difference. I decided to give nioxin a try based on amazon reviews, and i noticed an immediate change after a week of taking them. My hair felt stronger, smoother, silky, and just wonderful that I shed a few tears. I have been taking them for a couple of months now and my hair has drastically improved, its more bouncy now, it has more weight, you can notice the pony tail how thicker it has gotten...Im shocked and impressed. I feel confident now and will never stop taking these. They have made my nails strong too and skin is nice...but the most impact was on my hair and i love it!
Definitely recommend this product.

I started using these vitamins at the suggestion of my hair stylist. They really help with nail growth. Although I don't notice any hair regrowth, my skin, hair and nails are all healthier. I know there is a lot of information out there saying vitamins don't help, but as a chemist I disagree. We need the extra vitamin D especially in the winter. No one can get all of the vitamins they need each and every day.

I started using Nioxin hair care products about a year ago at my hairdressers advice. I felt like my hair was getting somewhat thicker using the shampoo, conditioner, folical booster, and other products along this line. I found out about the vitamins and decided to give them a try. I have now been taking them for a little over 3 months and I really do feel like they are working. I have even had a few people that I know to tell me that my hair is looking thicker. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has thining hair. Be sure you use only Nioxin products including the hair spray as it takes using all Nioxin products for it to work.
Please keep in mind that if you have always had thin hair or the hair folical is dead the Nioxin products will not work. But if you are like me and as you have gotten older your has has become thiner you should give it a try. It just might work for you like it has for me!

Thursday was my fifth week using Nioxin Recharging Complex and so far I'm pleased with the results. I'm African American and currently growing my hair longer. It is so thick right now I can hardly wait until my next relaxer (this one is five weeks old). I have also noticed a decrease in shedding. I plan to continue using Nioxin as long as the price remains reasonable. I would recommend others giving it a try.

I'll start this review by saying that these vitamins really do make your hair grow (everywhere). So, yes, the product does what it claims. However, after taking these vitamins I began to experience some pretty severe health problems. My testosterone levels were increased to an unhealthy level and I became ill. READ CAREFULLY the ingredients in these vitamins. Some of the herbal ingredients are unsafe and can have unanticipated side effects. I had to stop taking them because of health problems. If you stop taking them, your hair will begin to grow at the rate it did before you started taking them. Be careful with these things.
