I've been using New Phase for approximately seven years and I can't imagine life without it. I tried pretty much all other natural products for the effects of menopause including Estroven, which seems to be widely known but did not do a thing for me! New Phase completely stopped all hot flashes and night sweats. This is so much more preferable to going on a prescription medication. I only wish more women would try this product and see what a difference it will make in your life.

I started taking this on a recommendation from a friend for anger/anxiety issues due to peri-menopause.
The night sweats and hot flashes were less concerning than the anger as the feelings of uncontrollable rage I was experiencing we new to me due to the fact that I have a pretty even temper. This also seems to have helped the heart palpitations I was experiencing, though they have not completely disappeared. New Phase Complete helped a great deal and in just a few weeks. The only side effect I experienced was with a bit of constipation.

I take a number of supplements-- fish oil, fiber, etc. But this is the only one my family says, "Mom, did you take your pink pill?"
The fatigue, the irritability, the waking up at 3 AM: all these are manageable now 2 years since starting daily New Phase. When Walmart stopped stocking it, I was relieved to get it through Amazon. Excellent service and prompt delivery.

changed my life i have more energy lost weight in hips and waist not so tempermental i dont snap at my kids i talk and listen to them it has made me a better mother and wife i wont take anything else

This is the only menopausal support available OTC that has helped to alleviate my night sweats and hot flashes--and I've tried everything available at the drug stores. Without my daily dose, I awaken drenched several times a night and am miserable throughout the day. The only proviso preventing me from giving New Phase a five star rating is a quality control problem. Taking the caplets for a little over a year, I have noticed some boxes are far less effective than other boxes. Since all of the boxes are well within their stamped expiration dates, I have to assume the difference is in quality control by the manufacturer. I would recommend this product to others suffering, but it may cause side effects to those with plant allergies.
