I used New Chapter's Prenatal Vitamins with both of my girls and loved them, so I decided to give these a shot. After a round of strong antibiotics my digestive system was left in shambles. This has fully restored it! I love that it has the vital PREbiotics built right in to feed the probiotics. I also love that it has 9 strains of good bacteria rather than 1 or 2 like other brands. I would highly recommend these to anyone :)

I let myself run out of these and had to wait about a week while they were shipped to me. I didn't like the way I felt during that week. I can definitely tell a difference in the way I feel and the way my body "operates" when I'm not on the probiotics. I am very happy I was introduced to the All Flora Probiotics and highly recommend them. I take 2 every morning with water before I eat or drink anything else. I keep them in the fridge, as recommended.

This product was recommended to me by a doctor and it worked just as it was supposed to after just a couple weeks of regular usage. I think it's pretty important to follow the instructions and take it on an empty stomach. It did upset my stomach a bit when I ate food immediately after taking the pills.

Earlier this year I fractured a joint in my toe. As a result, my doctor put me on a course of antibiotics because she was concerned about a possible infection. I took the antibiotics as required, and after finishing the course I started having trouble with constipation. I didn't really think much about it but instead just took a stool softener and tried to eat more green leafy veggies and fruits like normal. This normally clears me right up.
Over the course of the next few weeks my problem didn't get much better, as a matter of fact it got worse. I had to increase my use of stool softeners to the point where I was taking 4 a day. I was really confused as to what could be going on. I was tracking my fiber (eating LOTS, and taking a supplement of fiber) and drinking lots of water.
I started doing research into various causes and came across an article about how if you have a bad balance of bacteria in your gut it can cause constipation. I went downstairs and took 4 of these pills right before I went to bed.
Now, you have to realize that by the time I was to this point my doctor had referred me to a surgeon. I was in bad shape, and I was in pain. It's not fun.
The next day I felt things moving more normally, and I'm not kidding when I say that for the last few months I've had no problems. It's really amazing, but I'm going to continue taking these for quite a while just to be sure everything gets healed up inside me - I feel so bad for letting it go for so long.
Anyway - I'm quite sure that this product really helped my gut return to normal. I'm so grateful for it. There's probably other brands that also work well for this kind of thing, but this was the one that I had, and it worked really well for me.

I've read a lot about probiotics and was close to getting the major brands - Culturelle or Align - but those tend to cost more and these were first recommended to me by my doctor a couple years ago.
I've been experiencing problems since I got sick during a trip to China and took a cocktail of antibiotics that although it got my germs, unfortunately wiped out my internals. Well, I looked up New Chapter on Amazon (my go-to nutritional supplements source (rarely but at times, drugstore.com is cheaper). From reading reviews and packaging, this is a newly revised product and when I took it a few days, I was concerned it was not working. However, the usual 'bloating/fullness' happens and I know those billions of good bacteria are doing their thing, replenishing my system.
Within a few days, I'm back to normal. I stopped a day or two and things regressed but a few more days of this and I'm back to good. I suggest you try a week or two-week stretch to see if this works for you. For me, I've not taken for a week now and am still holding strong although I'm tempted to pop one just to recharge.
Of note, while some competitor products quote 1 or 2 billion cells at point of manufacturer, this product quotes 6 b (for 2 pills). I only take 1 though to ease the system intake. Also, these pills contain multiple different strands of probiotics and I think that's the reason why it works so well among so many people.
New Chapter, you are really helping me open the new chapter of life and turn the page from the past year of problems.
