These vitamins replace several supplements I was already taking. nice to have a formula and not have to try and combine several pills. So far they seem to be helping.

I found that I felt better when I took these vitamins, and I think they helped me lose a little weight, along with just a little diet and exercise (since I have a hard time loosing weight). Would recommend them. Of course if you have heart or other issues may want to show them to doctor, like everything else. But works for me!
