I am very happy with this powder. It does require a blender to mix thoroughly though. The shakes are thick and very tasty compared to other protein powders. It allows you to add your own sweeteners, or no sweeteners, which is great for diabetics and people on low sugar diets. Try it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and your favorite fruit for a filling treat.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS FOR YEARS AND DECIDED TO TRY THE SUGAR FREE VARIETY THIS TIME. I MUCH PREFER THE REGULAR SWEETENED VERSION. I HAD TO ADD AGAVE SYRUP TO THE UNSWEETENED VERSION TO MAKE IT PALATABLE. I MIX THE VANILLA FLAVOR WITH ICE AND OJ IN A BLENDER AND FIND IT IS A VERY GOOD SOURCE FOR PROTEIN, VITAMINS AND ENERGY.
