I have always had brittle nails and my hair grows super slow. I am attending a wedding in a few months and wanted my hair to grow out so I would have more to work with when I get it cut. This is an EXCELLENT product. My nails are so much stronger and I have noticed a difference in my hair. I had dyed it not long before starting to take these and I can tell the difference in how much of my roots are showing compared to how much would have before in the same time frame. I would definitely recommend these to anybody that wants better hair and nails!

The product is very good I recommend it. Very good for the nails and the hair, already I have used it in other ocaciones and really it gives very good results

I had horrible brittle nails. After taking these vitamins for a few weeks, I noticed my nails growing in stronger and cracking, and splitting less. My hair also grew quicker. The only down side is that I have to have my roots touched up more frequently, but hey it's worth the long healthy hair and nails!

i liked the product cant tell if they really worked any wonders for my hair and nails, because there was only a month supply in the bottle and i have yet to purchase another, but it couldnt hurt so i decided to take a chance on them

I've been taking these for well over a month and my nails are paper thin and I get manicures every other week.
