I honestly haven't seen any benefits of this product just yet, I will say that it bsically seems like a capsule full of garlic. I have only had them for a few days though but Iwanted to say that I appreiate the fast delivery time of the company as ell as the free product enclosed and the product catalog. What a nice surprise! This seems like a very good company and I will consider them for future purchases.

Tried this on the onset of a cold as I am prone to sinus infections- and my cold seemed to end shortly without a sinus infection - and this was during a time I was cat sitting - and I'm allergic to cats - another cause of my sinus infections. I would say this is more so a preventative measure.
