I used this to help with lactation. Within a couple days, my milk supply was increasing. It does taste awful though. I mixed with a little bit of water to drink. Then I made sure I had plenty of water at hand to get rid of the taste in my mouth.

i like natures answer for fenugreek the best. i use it for lotion and it is the strongest for some reason.anyway great product

I ordered this because I need to increase my milk supply. I read the reviews of other women who used this and mentioned they ordered it to increase their milk as well. I just got it today and it says to NOT USE if nursing. So, whoever used this product and reviewed it probably should have read directions before using it to increase milk and nurse their babies.
