I just had my semi-annual checkup with my doctor yesterday. For 35 yrs., doctors have told me that I was a borderline type 2 diabetic. My last blood surgar level was 152.
For the last 2 and a half months, I have been taking this product each morning. Yesterday my blood sugar level was 102.

I am diabetic, so I ordered these vitamins a couple of months ago. They do seem to stabilize my blood sugar (I am not on insulin, just oral medication). I also seem to have a little more energy. I've had trouble finding a multi-vitamin that I liked, but I really like these little packets with several different pills, instead of having to buy each individual one seperatly, these are much easier to take.

I have had Diabetes for 7 years now and recently I have been unable to control my sugars from sky rocketing. After adding this multi vitamin packet to my daily regiment I have notice more energy and stamina to my day, I have also experienced a 10 lbs. weight drop in a 3 week period. This has been great for me since I have been recovering from a major surgery and I did not have energy or strength to get back to my daily routines. I now walk and I've taken up swimming 2 times a week.

I've been taking these pills for about a week. I've noticed that I have more energy in the evening, and I'm able to get up earlier in the morning w/o any grogginess. I feel like I'm getting everything I need each day and that makes me feel good.
