I have female pattern baldness and I have tried soooo many other pills but this is the only one that is actually working. Now its not overnite but I've been on it 2 months and my hair is growing in. The best part is its a B vitamin so I know I'm not putting anything harmful in my body :) Oh and a positive side effect my nails are strong and grow quickly! I highly recommend this

While going thru hormonal changes at age 46...my hair begin to thin...I was taking BComplex...but someone told me to increase my Biotin ...since I ordered this product I have new hair growth...I am thrilled!!! nails are growing faster too!!! Woot Woot!

I've been taking one pill a day for about the past 3 weeks so far. I feel that it has made a huge difference in the strength and texture of my hair. My hair feels thicker and fuller.

Also, it has helped my nails. I used to break them constantly but now they are growing stronger than ever.

I plan on ordering another bottle of this when I run out.

I started on Biotin as I read somewhere that it helps reverse greying hair. I take Natrol Biotin 10,000 mcg just once every 2-3 days and has been on it for about 3-4 weeks now.
The wait to see dramatic results on my hair may be a long one bu tin the meantime, I have been pleasantly surprised!
The skin on my thigh area looks less dimpled (cellulite) than before (even though i exercise regularly). I am also gaining some weight which is really helpful for my 5'6" 110 lbs frame (I have high metabolic rate). My nails (break easily) are stronger too!
I do caution against taking this on an empty stomach (instruction is to take this with food) as I had the initial experience of gastric-like symptoms in the first 2 weeks of taking this supplement.
