I have been taking this product for 2 months and have definitely noticed increased growth and strength in my hair and my nails. I am African American and my hair grows slowly on average, but there has been a notable difference after taking this supplement after such a short period of time.

this is an amazing product. i have been trying this for couple of months and the difference of length is unbelievable. i recommend 1 or 2 pills before you sleep because when you are sleeping your body rejuvenates and it works much better.

I don't know what it is, but I've been taking these pills for about two weeks. I've had terrible skin prone to breakouts for most of my life since I was a teen, and I've tried any remedy I could get my hands on. My sister had this, but said that the pills gave her nightmares so she gave them to me. My skin isn't 100& clear, but it's getting there. No more terrible breakouts, my skin tone is evening, and I'm not fussed to put on makeup to cover anything because there is nothing to cover!
I have no idea how this little pill is accomplishing what nothing else has been able to do, but there you have it. On the nightmare front, I must admit that I had a few bad dreams when I first started taking them, and now they still persist but not that bad. Not terrifying dreams, just very odd ones where I am in some mild danger. I find this very odd. I usually don't remember many dreams, but since taking these pills I am remembering about 50% of the time.
I am still taking them, we shall see if the dreams change.

When you buy Nutrilite through Amazon you could be buying tainted products and vitamins that are years old. Call Nutrilite they will tell you the same thing. Go directly to the manufacturer or to a distributer's website.
