This product was recommended to me by a co-worker and I have to say it has worked amazingly well for me. I take one each night and though I only get around 5 hrs of sleep on average, it is good quality sleep and I am not dozing off at work anymore.
100 Grams (3.53 Oz) Phenibut Bulk Powder has been the other miracle drug in my life and having take both supplements on a regualr basis now and can say my depression and anxiety issues have lessened dramatically to the point where they hardly, if ever, any issue anymore.
I am very grateful for the product and how it has helped me. I highly recommend trying it out and I hope you have the same results I did.

I bought this based on the majority positive reviews, and the natural ingredients. I quit smoking cigarettes and another thing, and I experienced months of anxiety and depression. I learned from support groups that this is something a lot of people go through when they quit because the brain has been altered/damaged by years of introducing chemicals from outside sources. It can take 8 months to over a year for the brain to create new circuit paths and get back to being normal. I didn't want to go on powerful prescription drugs because that would be about the same as what I was doing, and wouldn't let the brain heal. But, I also needed relief from the intense anxiety I was waking up with every day. I searched and found this product at Amazon, and decided to give it a chance. I'm very happy I did. After taking the first 2, I stopped having panic attacks. I've been using it daily for over a month now, and I'm writing this review before buying more. It has helped keep the terrible scary anxiety at bay, and I've not experienced any side affects at all. I highly recommend this product.

Amazing. I've recommended this to everyone. It mellows you out, relaxes pain, and supports the "rest & digest" processes of your body. No hang over, but I still use it sparingly lest my biochemistry habituates.

I've been using this product for 2 years now, and highly recommend it. I don't use it everyday, but it works wonders when you feel tension building up in your body from stress. (I keep a bottle in my drawer at work, and several co-workers ask for some when things get tense.) I take three at once: it isn't sedating at all, but it relaxes me and things seem less overwhelming within about 20 minutes. There's a great book with a weird name...the diet cure... that explains the use of amino acids. This formula combines several of the calming amino acids and valarian root. Works like a charm.

I suffer from social anxiety and I will take one capsule on an empty stomach or before a meal and it seems to help calm my nerves. I don't feel as anxious or panicky when I am in social situations. For under $10 you can't beat it. I didn't have any bad side effects either. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has anxiety and can't afford xanax or other pricey prescriptions or for someone who would just prefer something natural.
