Excellent Product Feb 07, 2011

First of all, I recommend that if you want this product, you could get it off of the Amazon.com website. I've found that it is usually priced better. And if you're out of state, you'll save sales tax. The savings add up. Therion Inc, who produces the product, also sells it directly to the public, but does not match any web or discount stores lower prices. But their sales people are very knowledgeable about this and other magnetic products that they make.
Ener Flex is very helpful for sore feet, slight to moderate arthritic problems in the foot, and other problems. The magnets (4,300 gauss - which is considered strong) in it are excellent. They use real magnets, not just crushed metals which are found in cheaper, very flexible foot insoles don't have the same strength and penetration as the real ceramic magnets in this product. And some of those are not too bad, like the 2200 and above gauss ones. But the magnetic charge in these is twice the strength of those.
I would completely recommend this product. But I would not recommend buying it from one of their distributors "Better Health." Their sales people seem very untrained as to facts about these products and tend to give you incorrect information and don't really seem to care one way or the other, if you buy an inappropriate product because they are not going to let you return it. When you email them back and ask them if they can get the correct facts for you, there is a zero response. You can get this product from a number of companies on Amazon that care, including this one.
Therion, the manufacturer of this product has no rating with the BBB (which is neither good nor bad), but some of it's distributors (who also distribute other products too) have good ratings. And that doesn't mean it relates to this product. Like for example, Better Health, that distributes this product, has a good rating with the BBB, but if you look closely at their bbb file on bbb.com, they have 7 complaints against them for items involving returns/exchanges/refunds. And when you ask them, (even their president) they refuse to tell you what product/ products that relates to. For all I know, it could be this one.
This product is definitely the way to go vs pharmaceutical drugs which can have serious side effects. The thing to realize though, is that you have to use it frequently and over a period of time to take full effect. Some of my friends that have it also say it helps with toenail fungus. For this price and quality, this is the best one I've found. But that doesn't mean you can't search and find a better one.
