I've been using this product for over 10 years, through several reformulations. In my case, it helps me stay clear of chronic bronchial and respiratory conditions. For all my life I'd been plagued with chronic head colds, drippy noses, sinus infections, etc., to the point I had to keep an extra handkerchief and decongestant in my briefcase at all times. I started using this product just as a supplement, and within three weeks my stuffiness had cleared up and my bronchitis vanished. So long as I keep using it, I don't suffer chronic sinus problems, and when I do get sick, the bouts pass more quickly (days instead of weeks). *This is only my experience - it may not affect everyone this way.* This is a nutritional supplement, not a medicine, but in my case it seems that my sinus and respiratory problems were connected with some nutrient I wasn't getting, but get from this product. If I meet someone who suffers from these things, I recommend trying this. I sympathize with those who don't find the taste appealing - the newer formulation is better, but I still drink it (quickly) in a glass of orange juice, and then wash it down with more. Note: don't drink it on an empty stomach.

This product does exactly what it claims BUT .. use with caution. I noticed increased energy, stamina and sense of well-being by the second day. These increased with each passing day. I felt great until the SIDE EFFECTS of one or more of the herbs kicked in. Increased blood pressure, insomnia, low blood sugar. These can be dangerous in even a healthy individual. Insomnia to the point of sleeping only 1 to 2 hours a night. I stopped using the vitamins and gradually these readings returned to normal BUT ... it was like coming off of a drug -- nervousness, jittery, inability to cope with the slightest stress. After 1 week off, I'm feeling more 'normal' and looking for a multivitamin without the dangerous herbs.

Liquid Life to the rescue Feb 04, 2011

After having gastric bypass surgery five years ago, I am always on the lookout for a better way to ingest nutrients. Liquid Life does exactly that for me. I've been "drinking" my vitamins now for two years and have never felt better. I actually like the taste and agree with another reviewer who said she thinks the Liquid Life has a fruity taste. I guess it's all in our individual buds. My buds like the taste. I highly recommend this product for every body - especially for those who have had any type of weight loss surgery. Check it out for yourself.

The best multivitamin available IMHO May 04, 2010

I have been using the Liquid Life for about 18 mos. now. I have tried many others. This is the best tasting and most effective for me. Liquid form is the best way to take a vitamin supplement because it is more easily absorbed than a pill. In some cases the pill form of a multi can actually be bad for you. I have been through two back surgeries in the last 2 years and have had a hard time eating right and maintaining emotional well being. 30 days after beginning, I began to notice I felt better not only in body but also in mind. B vitamins are said to have a positive effect on emotional issues. I am a believer in Liquid Life. When I do run out for a few days, I notice a difference in the way I feel. And at the price I found on Amazon makes it even sweeter.

My sister gave me a bottle a couple years ago. At the time I had joint aches and general fatigue. After two weeks taking Liquid Life I noticed my aches and pains were gone and I was sleeping better. I had fewer hot flashes. I would take daily until I ran out and would go without it until I budgeted to get more. The aches were back. Once back on the product it didn't take long for them to go away again. I thought this was coincidence. After several times of having a gap in time between taking it, running out and purchasing again I can not call it a coincidence. Every time I relapsed again. It has a balance that works for me. I highly recommend it to others.
