Great! IF you don't have allergies! Sep 18, 2010

My children both have taken these off and on for a couple of years. My oldest daughter definitely thrives on them. However, after a month long bout of HORRIBLE allergies in my youngest we finally made the connection between seasonal allergies and echinacea!! Echinacea can worsen seasonal allergies as it boosts the immune response. So I recommend this product highly, but be aware it can have a negative effect on some.

Works, Must have for Kids Apr 28, 2011

Recently our son came down with Mollescum Contagiosum. He had such a severe case, the doctors believe that he has basically no immune system. After researching I found this. Our son has been taking these for one month now and miraculously his Mollescum is slowly but surely clearly up.
I believe it is the combo of vitamins he is on that has helped...Immune C, Multivitamin and Omega 3 all by Lil Critters!
These Immune C are hard to find, but I just found them at Walmart so I will go there from now on as the price is just a bit cheaper.

Not too bad, esp for those who have a hard time with pills Jan 02, 2011

These seem to be doing a good job. Note that there is echinacea in this supplement. If you are allergic to ragweed, you might be sensitive to this part, so just please be aware.
The gummies taste really good. I hope all parents out there stress to their children that these are NOT candy, and never call vitamins or medicine candy! Sadly, this company made them to look like little bears, which of course, is a super-familiar candy. I deducted a star for this. Children would not know the difference, and might mistake it for regular candy. There is no reason the company couldn't just make a plain round or square shape for these supplements. If someone dropped a couple gummy bears on the floor and a couple of these, I don't know if I could even pick out which ones were vitamins and which were candy.
You also need to watch the sugar levels if taking this supplement. L'il Critters uses a lot of sugar (in various forms - look for anything ending in "ose"), and it can cause problems if you are diabetic or have other blood sugar issues. I am hypoglycemic, and found out the hard way the impact that these things have. Think of them as very high glycemic index! So, it is like giving your child a piece of candy sugar-wise AND in appearance.
Note that my college-age son loves the flavor of these. However, I think they taste more like cough syrup. I don't care for the flavor on this particular item at all. I love the gummy vitamins, but not this particular one. I still gave it a decent star rating though, since he does love them.
Overall, a nice way to get a vitamin down, but there is a definite need to watch for reactions to the echinacea (not really needed in these), and make sure your kids know this is medicine.

Gummy bears Vitamin C Nov 02, 2010
By Elena Duhovny These are great, my 2.5 old daughter loves them (so does my husband). She conciders them to be a candy, so everyone's happy - she gets her "sweets" and I'm happy that she's taking her vitamins. The taste is very good, there's no artificial flavors, and I find the addition of Echinacea very beneficial and complementary to the action of vit. C. I highly recommend these.

Pleased Oct 24, 2010
By Leigh These supplements really help us stay healthy. Even when we do get sick, I believe these shorten the duration.
