Good vitamins; yet cheap. With 500 tablets, you'll be set for a long time. Read some independent reviews that outlined that these were pretty good. I'll buy more for sure when these runs out.

I think the price on these are great, and they seem to have more vitamin amounts than most of the others I looked at. Only thing is, I take them at night because I get kind of an upset stomach if I take them in the morning.

i am from the philippines and i ordered kirkland daily last july 2011. i had it delivered to my friend in the US and requested her to just bring it when she comes back to the philippines. i only got it last december together with other vitamins and supplements i ordered from amazon. while all the other vitamins will expire in 2014, the kirkland daily delivered to me will expire in october 2012! i think what i got was an old stock. it should last me more than 16 months for my personal use but since it's nearing expiry, i just shared it with my siblings. if the seller knew that what they will deliver was an old stock, they should specified it in the product details or at least lowered its price. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I recently went in to my HMO for a bone density test. I'm 75 and bones tend to become weaker with aging. Sure enough, my bone density was less than optimal. The doctor prescribed taking a calcium supplement plus vitamin D (all in one tablet) several times a day and to add a daily multiiple-vitamin to the mix. OK. I've always had good results with Kirkland products at very reasonable prices, so I went to my local Costco Warehouse store and picked up the necessary ingredients. You can also get these products online, I should add. My choice for the multi was the Kirkland Signature Daily Multi Vitamins and Minerals (Compare to Centrum) with Lycopene and Lutein in a 500-tablet-size bottle.
I've been using this multi-vitamin now for over a week, which, of course, is much too small of a time period for a test and, of course, I can notice no difference in anything. However, its a good USP product and I have faith that it will serve as needed. One difficulty was noted by several reviewers, and I would agree. It's a rather large and difficult tablet to swallow whole. I get around this in several ways. First, the tablet will easily break in half with only a bit of pressure from the fingers, but even the halves can be a bit hard to swallow. Second, the tablet is easily crushable with the teeth. I just chew them up with food and swallow the resulting mixture. No problem at all. If the taste bothers you, add a little drink to the mix. It's an excellent product and a good value!

I took this vitamin as described one tablet
a day after a meal with a big glass
of water......and i just can't tell you
the stomach ache i had..... i thought cause
i took it with other supplements so the
following day i took it by itself and
the same problem occured so i stopped using it...!!!
