Only 2 mg of lutein in these. You can buy other bands with 20 mg for close to the same price.

I have been using these vitamins for about two and
a half months, and I love them, I have noticed a
great difference in my vision and I just had an
eye doctor appt last week and my eye doctor
noticed great results as well, I have my husband
on them also and he loves them. we are 44yrs old,
but they are good for any age. I will definitely
continue to use these vitamins and I definitely
recommend them.

My eye doctor recommended I caps a few years ago and, to be honest, I forgot all about the recommendation until I recently asked my physician what he felt the best multi-vitamin was. ( I just turned 43; it seemed a relevant question to revisit!) Because these not only contain all the other vitamins one would want in a multi, but also contain the necessary ingredients to help prevent macular degeneration, apparently, this one was once again the pick. Because of that, and because both of my doctors have no association, it has been my vitamin of choice.

My mother actually had some kind of corneal surgery and now takes these as well...seems to be a well rounded vitamin with even some ingredients that not all multiples have, such as Chromium.

I like that the focus is not only on the healthy body, but vision as well...equally as important.

There's only 2 mg of lutein/Zeaxanthin in each tablet! The rest is typical stuff found in your everyday vitamin pills like Vitamin A,C,E, calcium, etc. I'm upset that the seller did not disclose the supplement facts. I wonder why there are so many good reviews! I can get 20mg of lutein for the same price on Amazon. I'm returning these.

5Why take a chance if your Opthamologist says to take them?  Oct 07, 2008

I've been taking this product for a couple of years. My opthamologist said to take THIS...and only this one. My sight is deteriorating, but I'll never know how much worse it might have been if I didn't take these I-Caps. And with Amazon's "Subscribe and Save" plan....it's the best price I can find anywhere...even when using the occasional coupon.
