Love 'em Jan 27, 2008

Thse little things are great. I've been "spreading my toes" as instructed in my yoga classes already, so these are pretty easy to get on dry. (The instructions mention that wetting them may ease the transition onto your toes). I pop them on at night, reading in bed, removing them before turing out the light. They are a gel material. If a person's toes are tight, it is possible to just get these onto the tips of your toes. As your toes stretch and get used to wearing these, it's possible to move the stretchers lower in between your toes to maximize the stretching.
Don't try to walk in them. It's very uncomfortable and unstable.

My Feet Feel so Much Better! Jan 29, 2007

I purchased my Yoga Toes upon recommendation from my physical Therapist. I wear them a few minutes in the morning and in the evening while relaxing. He told me definitely not to walk in them. Yoga Toes stretch and exercise my feet by just wiggling my toes a tiny bit while laying down or sitting in chair. I get a great feeling of relief and relaxation while resting with them on! Easy as pie to use. When I take them off and start walking I can feel more balanced in my walking. More of my foot is touching the ground.
Now I wish they would invent YOGA HANDS, for those tired stressed out hands.

I like it! Jan 07, 2007
By d'light The Yoga Toes Toe Stretcher is great. A bit uncomfortable to walk in but if you are sitting and relaxing I found this the best time to use. So many of shoe styles constrict our toes. It is a great exercise to stretch and spread the toes. My feet get me where I am going and I think it is very important to keep them fit. I find the Yoga Toes does really help with exercising my feet/toes. I think it will be helpful in preventing hammer toes too. A bit expensive for what they are, price should be closer to $20.

Happy Feet Once Again! Sep 11, 2008

I just discovered these little wonders a few weeks ago and didn't realize they were sold on Amazon until just now. I bought the more expensive version straight from their website. But I decided to post my review here as well, to echo my comments that, much to my amazement, they really do work! I am confident that the ones sold here, based on all the other reviews, are just as good as the more expensive version.
I've worn mine for two weeks now, and I'm still amazed at how I can notice progress each day, not only in my toes becoming more aligned, but more importantly, the chronic foot pain diminishing more each day!
I use lotion just before and they slip right on with no problem. After the initial discomfort of the first few days subsided, I wanted to wear them longer than 10 - 15 minutes, but didn't like walking on my bare floors with bare feet (unless they have just been mopped), didn't like that the gel material "picks up everything" as others have said, and didn't like the sheets and blankets catching on them in bed, as I have also read about elsewhere. But I found a solution!
I had a pair of hospital booties tucked in a drawer for eons and dug them out. They are loose enough to fit perfectly, with room to spare, and they solve ALL of the problems! I don't have to worry about my bare feet getting dirty, the gel material picking up stuff, or sticking to the bed linens. So now I can wear them overnight, or for longer hours during the day, which I do, and the extra time has really helped to speed up the noticeable improvement in my toe alignment and diminishing foot pain.
I've bought some extra booties since then, and I keep one pair just for wearing to bed and another pair for walking around in. I hand-wash them every few days, and so far, they're holding up fine, but I do expect to have to dispose of them eventually. I've decided I can live with replacing the disposable booties once or twice a month for the extra convenience they ad. I'm pretty handy with a sewing machine, so I've also contemplated using the booties as a pattern and making my own machine-washable booties out of cheap (and comfy) flannel or something similar, which would be more economical.
I see from the reviews that, sadly, the toe stretchers haven't worked for everyone. But for the small investment, I would encourage you to go for it - there is a very high probability you will be just as amazed and happy as the rest of us! Good luck!

These feel very good while wearing, provided you are sleeping or you are sitting up--not walking with them on. Very easy to clean. The pain was noted as being markedly relieved after 1 week, however it wasn't immediate. Have patience and this product definitely makes a difference. It helps to actually flex your toes constantly while reading or watching t.v. for a few days, thereafter, just putting them on after a day at the office with those tight shoes, AAAAHHHHH. I also like to wear them while soaking in a long bath.
