I have always suffered from hay fever, and no longer will take OTC drugs because of their side effects and ineffectiveness. I recently started taking this product at the suggestion of my wife. While skeptical, I went ahead and gave it a try. To my surprise, from day one it has almost completely eliminated my sniffling and sneezing, so I couldn't be more pleased. I think the previous reviewer wasn't being completely fair in evaluating this product as being too strong. You only have to take one pill twice a day, not 2 pills 3 times a day like suggested by a competing product. When you consider that, the price and total dosage are virtually the same. If you have allergies, please give this a try...I have had zero side effects from it, and I much prefer only having to remember to take it twice each day.

This product made me very sleepy within 20 minutes. I realized post purchase that one gel capsule is 2000 mg of dried equivalent--4 to 8 times the strength of other brands.
