Before I started taking GNC Energy and Metabolism multivitamin i was stuck at 223 pounds and no matter how much I workout I could not drop any lower. month later I lose 12 pounds and have tons of energy. I take one in the morning and one at lunch time and fell great all day. I have use a lot of multi-vitamins over the years but this is the one that works best for me.

Only taking Mega Men from now on Mar 30, 2011

Best Vitamins I have ever had. Took them for three months straight everyday, then ran out last week. I hit a wall two days after stopping them. Didn't realize how great they made me feel til I stopped taking them. Bought another bottle today, Fantastic Vitamins.

Perfect if you are over 40 May 27, 2011

If you are over 40 years old this vitamins are just perfect, im 42 years old and I am a vitamin men since I keep trying ever vitamin product out there, mega men did the job: make me feel like im 20 years old on my 40s. After hundreds of different vitamins I have been taken for last 5 years, mega men is the one I stay with it, I don't need viagra if I have mega men vitamins :)

These vitamins deliver exactly what is promised. The multivitamin aspect is pretty much exactly what you would expect. No surprises there. I'm not sure if the energy boost actually works or if it is just the placebo effect, but they make me feel more energized nonetheless. Can't comment much on the boost in metabolism. I take these in addition to working out and eating right, and there has been some weight loss. I don't know how much better these vitamins are compared to others, but they certainly aren't any worse. I will be sticking with these vitamins.
Some people complain about the smell of these vitamins or how they change the color of your urine, but I really don't know what those people were expecting from this product. They smell like chocolate protein shake powder, and most multivitamins change the color of your urine. I don't consider either of those to be cons of this product.
Overall, it offers the same as every other multivitamin plus the energy and metabolism boost and you can get it for a very reasonable price. Can't complain.

Okay, but has lots of caffeine Feb 10, 2012

I got these for my husband as I'm taking the women's version and LOVE the results. However, the Men's version contains 100mg of caffeine and this upsets my husband's stomach even when taken with food. If they'd make this without the caffeine, we'd have a winner!
