These vitamins are fantastic. It takes about a month for you to start seeing results. The hair really start looks healthier and fuller. Easier to manage and the hair has a beautiful shine. The growth you can really see a change. I am 48 years old and I have been using this product since October of 2008 and I will never stop using it. If you have tried everything to get your hair looking great, this may be the product for you. Just take the capsules once a day and you will be set.

I have been using this product for a month now. My nails have been growing like crazy ever since. They are strong too which is something I haven't experienced in ages. Not only are my nails doing great, but so are my skin and hair...being the softest they've been in months. I have recommended this product to all of my female friends and family members.

I bought this product about one month ago. This product works! It is so amazing. I bought this product because I burned my scalp from hair dye. There was this size of a thumb print that was bald and very shinny. You would think that no hair would ever grow in that area. I started to panic.....Now after taking it for about a month, I see hairs now sprouting from that bald spot!

These pills are excellent for people who have thinning dry hair. After having a really bad perm which left me with balled-spots in July, I really thought my hair would never be the same. But after using these pills (buying two bottles), my hair has grown long enough to put in a pony-tail. I will continue to buy this product and I definitely recommend it.

I have used this product for years, Every now & then I will take a break but I always go back to it. There are no side effects & I notice how quickly my nails & hair grow & how much stronger they are when I am taking Matrix 5000. I would recommend to anyone especially if you want to give your hair & nails a boost.
