5Tastes fine, very high concentrate.  Apr 05, 2012

This was the highest concentrate I could find when it came to EPA-DHA. I'm currently bulking and there has been numerous studies shown if taking high doses of EPA-DHA that substantial gains can be made. I just started taking it about a week ago and it will only last me a month. Recommended dose is 5ml. I take 2.5ml in the morning and 2.5ml at night. Results are to be determined. The taste is just fine if you like lemons. No fishy taste at all.

Love this product. My doctor recommended it and it has absolutely no fishy taste or after-taste. Keep it in the fridge after you open it.
