I have bad neck pains due to an old car accident. This lightweight neck support pretty much cradles your head in natural position relieving the pain, which suddenly lets me feel all the other pains i have, lol. It sure does feel good to lay back in the floor on this, kinda like your head is floating. Have yet to try it in a car or anywhere sitting up.

I am a 47 year old woman who works at a computer all day and have had constant neck and shoulder pain for years. I've tried all the heating patches, muscle rubs, massaging pillows and pills you can imagine. The only thing that has ever really helped was about an hour long deep tissue massage which would loosen up the muscles for a day or two.
I stumbled across this product while searching the internet for neck pain relief and thought I'd give it a try. It has given me more relief than anything has for years. I use it every night for at least 15 minutes before going to bed and if my neck gets really tight during the day I'll use it for 10 minutes or so. It is amazing how much it relieves the tightness of my neck and shoulder muscles just in that short time.
It's such a simple idea - it supports your head at the correct angle and thereby releives the tension from your neck and shoulders. I think with regular use it could even help with realigning my neck.
Needless to say, I would highly recommend this product to anyone with neck and shoulder tension problems. At this price I may even be getting a second one so I have one for home and one for work.

Thought this would be a comfortable way to ease neck pain while relaxing in the comfort of your home. It was the talk of the Christmas party, but none of us felt it really offered any relief. Oh well.

This little gadget is wonderful. I have arthritis which causes constant neck, shoulder and back pain. When the neck gets unbearable a few minutes on this and the pain is gone. It looks scarey if you have pain but it gives immediate relaxation and ease.

My stepmother is a physical therapist and sent me one of these for a bulging disk/pinched nerve that flares up sometimes in my neck. She had performed traction manually on my neck for me and it worked, and this uses the same principles to take weight and pressure off the spine. Once you figure out how to balance it correctly, you immediately feel the effect on your spine from top to bottom. I only use this when my neck is acting up, but lying down with it for 15-20 mins a day has incredible results. I have bought this for two friends who have similar problems, and I recommend it to anyone. For the price, it will pay for itself with the money you save on Advil alone!
