I have a very strong genetic predisposition to diabetes. Even with exercise and great care in eating my fasting blood sugar was 96 when I was in my mid-30s. I've continued exercising and taking care in eating but, at my doctor's suggestion, added this supplement. I am now in my early 40s. My last fasting blood test showed a blood sugar of 84. My exercise and diet did not change significantly so I can't attribute the drop to anything but this supplement.

I am so glad I found this supplement. I was diagnosed as prediabetic and bought a blood sugar meter and had readings always over 100 in the morning and sometimes as high as 170 after eating. By taking this supplement when I eat, I am almost always under 100 in the morning and have normal readings after eating. I highly recommend this product for pre-diabetics.

I tried this item on two separate occasions. Both times, it shot my sugar up at least 20 points!
