The vest pictured is not exactly the model I have. HOWEVER, this vest is fully customizable, so you can put cooling packs wherever you need on your chest, stomach, back, shoulders, or any combination of those. It comes with about 60 extra packs, so you never have to wait for packs to freeze up. Simply put the packs where you need them. They cool you for about FIVE hours, even in direct summer sun. Then replace the packs if you need to stay cool a little longer. I have major medical issues which prevent me from sweating. This vest allows me not to be prisoner in my home during the summer. FREEDOM has no price.
